A Bond – Anlage HRO Service

Its been long time that I haven't been writing any stuff on the blog, major reason been lot of pending work and unsettled mind. At last the toll has been taken and I have left my organisation after a period of 2.6 years with them. It was a wonderful journey through this 2+ years as had lot of thing to learn and the people I was working with it was really great. Starting from Nitya Madam who gave me this opportunity and then Rahul S, Prashant B and Pravin K who was my First Manager. Had a great learning curve over in Anlage. Learnt a lot from likes of Sanish, Prasad and other team members. Had a time when with Prasad N (My 2nd Manager) had a really great time working as had lot of fun and worked that much harder as well. Also like to mention that it was great help from our Administrator as Manoj, with whom I had a really good relationship.
I always had good rapport with all the teams Iriduim, Solitire, Kohinoor and Aspiration. So apart from this my team the Diamond's in which Sanish, Prasad, Preeti, Saira, Ruchi, Richa and Myself. With this guys it was really a special bond which happened and really it would be difficult for me to forget this guys.
Also like to take this opportunity to thanks Umesh (Founder); Sangita (VP) to give this opportunity and a special thanks to Nitya; from her learnt a lot of HR skills and recruitment Skills.
All the very Best to Anlage and there staff.
It was a totally Professional decision to learn more and fulfill the dreams. It was a great platform provided by Anlage from which i wish them all my good wishes.

United dig deep to come behind to win…

What a week for Man United… a great win against there fierce rival (Arsenal) and against a big four in the title race it was really great to see. To start with the first was allover the place as united where not in command and Arsenal with there free flowing football. And after an early spell of Arsenal possession, it was Rooney who chipping cleverly over the Gunners’ defence to find on to Fletcher inside the area, which he blasted over the top.

The game was a pretty open with both sides trying to hit on the counter. Then at 40^th min Arshavin found space 25 yards from goal, looked up and lashed a blistering right-footed shot goalwards, Foster did got both the hands but the power in the shot took the ball into the goal.

Then in the second more resurgent and more dynamic united came on the park closing the arsenal player every quickly and then a great pass from the veteran Giggs saw Rooney running for the ball inside the penalty area where he was brought down by the arsenal goal keeper Almunia; and The Reds’ no.10 – who took the penalty, coolly slotted the ball in the other corner of Almunia goal.

Later again a free kick from Giggs saw the arsenal player at the wrong place to slot a own goal for dismal to himself and the arsenal player Abou Diaby inexplicably headed past Almunia and into his own net for an own goal to give united a 2-1 lead with 25 mins to go for end of the match.

It was a grt game with brilliant performance from Giggs; Rooney and the Darren Fletcher… the whole game he was a influence on the team closing the arsenal player and running to support the lone striker and getting back to defend as well. A really get win.

The drama did close as Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger as giving the marching order when a Gallas Header falled to Robin van Persie which he blasted into the united net for the goal to be disallowed as Gallas was Offside.

Over to other games Chelsea register a easy win against Burney. Hotspur had a grt Victory for them to keep at the top with a injury time winner for Lennon. Liverpool did have to come from behind to beat a committed Bolton to win 3-2. City too register win with Adebayor again scoring…Over all again a good week for United to keep the pressure on the Top of the table teams

3rd Week of the season...

3^rd Week of the season and had a difficult proposition for United against Wigan; after they getting a hard fought defeat against Burney there where various points to prove for United. As Sir Alex went with the most attacking option available for him with Scholes and Fletcher in the Midfield to take care; it was a great boost for United with Vidic back in the central defense with Rio out for some time with an injury.

The game started very brightly for united with united creating the most chance but the failing to convert them into any goals…first half just went into 0-0 score line and then… the team should have got a "Ferguson hairdryer" from SIR Alex. Which resulted into more aggressive and swift passing which resulted into the 1^st goal for Rooney 100^th career goal in united colors (hope for many more from him with United) then there was a individual brilliance from Berbatov where he took the ball away from Kirkland to get the united 2^nd and his first for the campaign… then it was total domination as Rooney had his 2^nd for the game (101^st for career) a wicked deflection which kept Kirkland (Wigan goal keeper stranded)… there where changes made as Rooney gave place to Owen who was still looking for his first for the campaign, then combining well with Nani on left side scored a really striker goal to prove point to his detractors…

Then at the very end united got a 25-yard free kick which was curled over the wall and past the motionless Kirkland by Nani…which completed the demolition of Wigan…

With that week ending as Chelsea and Arsenal, Hotspur and city all registering wins to keep them top with a shocking result of the week in which Burney again had a upset win over Everton (which took them to bottom of the table) and then the late fixture involving Liverpool and Aston Villa which saw Liverpool training behind 2-0, then Torres scoring but then Gerrard going for a tackle which was mistimed and for Liverpool misery villa got a penalty which was smart converted by Young. With Liverpool losing 2 games (Last season they just lost 2 games).

Overall a great week for united the getting back to their best not yet but still on the verge of it as the next game is a arch rival game with Arsenal (Scored 10 goal in two games); they in full flow it would be a really open game to watch on.

Hope to see a great games ahead for United with they having the rub of the green going there way!!!

The season begins…

The season begins…what season which season… the soccer season the EPL season the football mania is begun… I am a United fan; Manchester United fan so these seasons with top guns like Ronaldo and Tevez not in the red jersey there would be a greater desire from the current squad member to prove ppl wrong; as various ppl in the football community has not given much of chance with Carlo Ancelotti coming to Chelsea and City spending like no tomorrow…but Sir Alex is Master in Siege Mentality; he will turn around things as over the years he has build teams which are gone to become great glories.

So this time round in the Community Shield which began the English season saw the two power house of English football… Manchester United and Chelsea clashed in New Wembley. As Chelsea won on Penalties but there where great goals from Nani and Rooney before going to Penalties.

Then on the First day of the season… Mostly Top team won besides Liverpool going down to Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) 2-1; United won a hard fought battle against Birmingham City which they won 1-0.

Second match against New prompted Burney’s Robbie Blake's explosive first-half volley crowned a night of high emotion to leave United bleeding with there first defeat of the season; Burnley's last league win against Manchester United came at Turf Moor in September 1968.

In other matches Chelsea and Liverpool register wins against Sunderland and Stoke City respectively.

I will be Updating on each matches for United hopefully as the try to retains the EPL title this season with additions to different trophies as well…

Love Aaj Na Kal....

Love Aaj Kal … really a great line for any movie to become a talk of the town and same goes with this Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone Starrer movie… Me going or ppl like me going for this movie the only encouragement was that this movie was of Imitaz Ali who gave really good movies like Socha Na Tha and Jab we Met… all the three movies are having the same concept of LOVE but the treatment given to the above two and the latest are different the character in the previous two where really refreshing… Abhay, Ayesha and Shahid and Kareena where awesome and great to watch with there performance…

Love Aaj Kal wasn’t a bad movie but the fuss made in the media and with lot of expectations from Imitaz (as writer & Director) where Huge, as he giving 2 hit movie thus ppl like me turn out to the theatre to see Love Aaj Kal

Myself with my office colleague went to see Love Aaj Kal on 1^st August 09, in Hub Mall, in beginning had some trouble on the ticket counter as they stating that the tickets have already been collected by some one else…but eventually got those tickets…

Love Aaj Kal begins with this refreshing dialogue Saif Ali Khan walks up to the beautiful Deepika Padukone and starts nervously, “Mai pile on nahin karne chahta …”. A clear eyed Deepika answers “Phir kyon pile on kar rahe ho?”, and then smiles. and it was really not a gripping one in end, the only good thing or to say better things which I felt was the songs and there was really good performance of the lead characters…some of the dialogues where different such as "These Heer-Ranjha, Romeo-Juliet type janam janam ka saath (together in this life & the next ones) type couples exist only in story books," from Jai…Then Veer Singh stands under a tree and swears that "is janam mein aur har janam mein... yehi meri votti banegi — Harleen Kaur."("In this life & any others after this one... she will be my one true love - Harleen Kaur.")

Overall Love Aaj Kal is still rather enjoyable and once a watch movie it has more than it's fair share of nice moments. So while the whole doesn't match up to the sum of its parts, I still recommend ppl to watch Love Aaj Kal. Just remember to leave Jab We Met at home.

About Aquascaping...my Hobby

Over a period of years there has been lot of hobbies which I have liked and followed but over the years my interest and involvement for my fish Tank has been really good for me… All this credit goes to my father whose interest in keeping a Fish tank has passed on to me… I had not been much involved before but recent years I have been more interested towards maintaining adding more fe' nace. Firstly it was just keeping Fishes and taking care of those, but recently I have gone into involvement of Aquascaping which involves Live Plants…with fishes… which really gives a totally different experience of watching the fishes into a really natural habitat…

Its not as easy as it sound while making a Aquascaping tank as there should be an ideal match between fishes and plants…there are been lot of unsuccessful attempt before putting a really Aquascaping tank…then the addition of CO2 to nourish the plants with keeping a proper tab on the amount of CO2, as more or less can damage the fishes or have reverse effect on the plants…

Now since I would be shifting from Borivali to back to Khar; dad and me are thinking about having even more bigger and better Aquascaping tank in the new home…

Hope to have some suggestion over this Aquascaping as a concept from your end.

Then the D- Day… (My Birthday Celebration...)

Got up really early by 07 am; slept again so by the time got up it was… then waiting to for Rutu to get ready and then left greeting AJ’s Dad and Mom; left to Khar was Kaki (My Aunt) and Vaibhavi (MY cousin) where just getting ready to leave for Borivali. Left with Rutu on bike and goin to different mall and different places to search for tickets for Hangover... but couldn’t find the any time suitable or tickets where not available then back home as had time with Buddy.

In evening; Khushal came then had time playing on PC and discussing about the different technical things; later on one by one friends came AJ and Akshay joined by Rutu; tried to reach Sagar and Nana, but they where not available due to certain commitments…of there’s …Later celebrated my birthday with cutting of couple of cakes and then had a bid dinner waiting for all of us… had a really good treat to friends who where their present… the ended with me having a walk around the building with buddy and thinking about different avenues to explore in the the coming years for me… prayed for giving such a wonderful day and even wonderful people around me… my family…my friends (who are in Mumbai and staying away) really thanks to all for being there…in my life….

Today a day before my 26^th Birthday thought it would be relaxing and all that things but to begin with it was hectic; as had to go to office and had to do a pick up for professionals…for the SAP event. Was on bike and it was really awesome to go round on high with speed, gave the responsibility to Manoj and then reached office started the event; was handling ABAP Panel Mr. Amol Sonalikar from IBM good guys.. then completed 2 interview for 2 guys and then had some TP on PC… from there on ….had lunch with Manoj and later on completed the tracker and since all friends where calling left by 06.30 pm to Mahim; it was really grt feeling riding the Bike ... reached Ajit’s place some time with Bebo (Ajit’s pet a Labrador), then Akshay and Rutu joined us so it was just TP and some discussion whether to go to GOA or not and then where to go for the party and things like that... Eventually decided to go to Dadar…near Ruia College/ Welingkar’s then search for place to sit and went to Trilok and then decided to go to Durga Lunch home (where we had drinks and dinner)…

Over in Durga; started with some chicken dishes and drinks for rest of us… the guy who was serving known as Pravin Bhai to us.. was good in his behaviour first he thought some college going guys just… coming to party and when things started to heat up with drinks order rising to Black Dog (Scotch)… and dishes mounting on one after the other…later nana (Kunal) joined us… it was good as after lot of time we where together but still Sagar and Sumeet where not there… later when thing where about to finish drinks where still left and eventually they where finished without and drop spill to say…later went out and it was 12.00 am so mobile’s started ringing as first the group wished and then Prasad Nalawade (Nasik friend), Prasad Narkar (Office friend), called up with later Sumeet calling up too to wish… within that the message where ringing like what say… Sonali; Snehshri, Vineet J, Kanchan aka Kanchi... all sending there well wishes… then it was raining heavy (so wat to do) some time outside the hotel…we where 5 guys and only 2 bike toh kya karna hai…so I and Rutu on my unicorn and Ajit, Akshay and Nana on the other went on the road at 12.45 am then infront of Mahim Police station where having... deciding about today plan… (19^th July; my birthday)…later nana left with Akshay; Myself, Rutu went to Aj place had then…Time pass as I slept early was tired ... this 2 where chatting for a long time…

Something About Myself……

Dear Friends,

I thought a lot before creating this blog thought who would waste,time on things like that...but then eventually came to make this decision as it would be something in which I would be sharing my view to the world... So "Here I am...” if there is any Suggestion please do let me know as I am not good in grammatical things and my friends and colleagues in office (Sanish & Prasad) are always there to help me but now I need to learn from my mistakes....

Currently residing in Borivali with my parents and younger sister, as well my Buddy (A Cocker Spaniel)….and my fish tank... Follows Manchester United very passionately... Love to watch movies (only English) and a die hard lover of food and watches...

Something about my self born as a Cancerian and all traits like a Cancerian; and a grt believer in hard work pays offs in the end!!! The eldest among the sibling and most naughtiest as well the most pampered (this was told by everyone in my family)... did my schooling in GA Kulkarni (Khar) with Jayesh (Brother) had grt time together with him as he was just 8 month younger to me so; so the schooling and other activites happened for us together such as leaning cycle; Tabla and the most favorite of both Cricket...those where grt years; then completed my 4th Std; then my self (yes myself) and my parents decided that went to a boarding school in Nasik....

Life in Nasik was really difficult to start with cried a lot on the first day... Even though it was my decision but still leaving parents and the whole joint family of mine and staying alone was really scary...on the first day there where similar boys like me who did the same (cried) and then there where some who where bindass like Deval Dixit, Kiran Modak, Srinivas, Milind, Bhusan to name few... myself and Deval really got along really well he was a typical guju.. But later on we all really become like brother all of us... the unity and togetherness was there to bee seen within us... as over a period of 10 years when you start leaving with same set of ppl the bondness was really awesome... still pity myself that it ended within 10 years..

There where other friends too who joined us. From different standards...Pinu (prathmesh), Kunal, Nagesh, Yuvraj, Lalit, Sourabh C, Prasad N, Nitesh, Hemant, Atul, Amol, Vikram, Mahesh and many more ...as well (sorry if I have not mentioned ur name..) there where grt times and really awesome moments... going camping; having parties in my Home in Nasik (if was near by to the school) so we used to party and then leave early morning from there.. It was just having fun watching movies and making the food... (As well)...As we grew there was more understanding and grt unity between the whole class of yours we... Where grt in each and every field. Sports and dramatic and extra curricular activities...

About me personally I started on a good note in education as well in sport was always more interested in sports than studies... Toke up hockey as major and was a decent student too... later in 5Std; 2nd term lost my stick and thus did not went ahead with hockey… but got in to other sports...(Volleyball and Football)..But things where really difficult at start as all the school politics and team selection I never made to the school team...till 7^th std...Then by that time was good into number of sports… Was already good into cricket; but enhanced myself into volley ball, football, basketball and handball... by 08th std got into volleyball team.... apart from sports, in education the decline started...as mark kept on decreasing from 5^th std onwards... but still was a average student with (58%-65%) in those years.... then learnt to sing as there use to be group competition and as a class as well representing the school we really did well the leader was my dear friends Milind Tribhuvan who helped us all to learn a new hobby as singing...years passed by went into Air wing and became a Cadet sergeant with Milind…later in 9th things started really difficult as lot of ragging and pressure from the senior outgoing batch of 10th Std...But we really came together as a class and did well...to survive that onslaught...from seniors...then we became the seniors as there where very few guys from 5th till 10th std...Who came thorough... as few left in between such as Sourabh, Rahul D, Abhishek Shetty...to name few with whom I was really close to...On the every first day Deval who by that time had become the mainstay of the class as well a head boy kinda status...had a meeting where thing where discussed about the past

such as the ragging faced by us and how we will go through the next years…and so on... thing where decided that what ever we faced thing won't be repeated and there would be a example set by us towards the rest of the batches and so on...

Was not given any major rank (Representation of certain field) and was really felt down as all the others who served for a period of 5 years go the ranks on there shoulder and it was a proud feeling itself really felt bad and then friends did notice that.. then Deval came and really gave me the independence of doing whatever I want and everyone supported that...it felt grt but still its a regret which I am leaving by the days... days passed by and then months as exams cam closer all where preparing for the same and guys like Lalit, Yuvraj, deval and grt minds of the class where helping the other ordinary guys like me to pass... and on the same line there where guys like Pinu who where grt minds for different purpose.. as making the chits and other things of that sorts....eventually the d day came... the results where out and I really did well with some 58 odd% things where really merry.. Later came as what to chose science, commerce or arts... all my friends went for Science and I was definitely looking for the same the…my father spoke to the principal and got the feeds that i was not good into Maths (which I know), but since all went there I promised my father that i would work on that and toke admission into science... At the start all was good and later on we had option of choosing 2 subjects from math, Biology and Defence studies… As i took Math & Defence studies (a big Mistake which I still think about a lot) as those days Milind did not toke Maths as a subject so while Math lecture used to happen he used to some TP and I started going out with him to do the same… TP was Watching a beautiful girl who used to travel through our premise to her college so for Just seeing her I and Milind

Started Bunking th fourth Lecture which unfortunately was Maths and Physics...Eventually it showed in my 11th result Just passed my exams with mere 48% and was pushed to 12th with a warning to study hard (Parents never knew as the result was always hidden by me and I still have that)...took those warning every every lightly... by then things started showing as the routine for 4th lecture continued and this time started bunking Chemistry and Maths Lecture again with Milind…other friends did join to have glimpse of that girl (she was the most beautiful girl I have seen at that time) but never had the courage to speak to her…things continued and it went worst when 1st term result where out "FAILED" my exams horribly and this time round result went in my parents hands... they got me enrolled into a personal tutor and things started changing but still there was lot to ask as my concepts where never clear bcoz of the poor base studies... my dad told me to not attend the 12th exams in 2001. But still went ahead and failed...from then on things have changed a lot for me... came back to Mumbai and enrolled myself in classes but again result was same... things started getting really frustrating as my jayesh who was of the same age passed his 12th Science and got into B.Sc (IT) and I was still trying to pass my 12th then with some reference got into Siddharth College in VT...that too into 12th Arts....

12th Arts was fun if you are a good bluffer… and same happened to me i used to really just fill-in the pages in exams and just fill the whole answer sheet and nothing else (I used to read but the ideas or words where mine..) passed 12th arts in First attempt and got 63% into that which I never thought… by that time Nasik friends had taken a back seat as they went ahead with there life and education and I was behind.. New set of friends came in... Jayesh had a grt group in B.Sc (IT) and really went well with those guys… Vinay, Rohit, Chirag K, Chirag G, Jay, Jigar, Satish etc... With Vinay and Rohit had really grt rapport as felt more likeliness in things...had grt parties together in those times as well from Siddharth College had a group of friends... Vishal, Anita, Surekha, Siddharth... but Vishal and I stayed in Khar so we where always together... Coming and leaving back home in that year never did any Time pass around the campus as my primary objective ws to just pass my 12th Exams… Then while with Jayesh's friends they suggested me to go for BMS rather than… conventional BA... gave the CET exam and was into Caste so while choosing a college thought of Siddharth, had an option of HR and Sydenham, choose for Sydenham… (Grt decision)… Things changed from there on...it was a Govt college...but a grt for a Maharastraian as the staff was the same... and the crowd which was with me... Where really awesome...still remembers the first day for the induction was sitting with Rahul Pote and Arti Sankpal... and the seniors ask me to sing “Tere Naam”...as I had the same long hairs as Salman in that movie…never intended too copy that.. But still... sang that somewhat and then things started...there where lecture at 12.00 pm till evening after tat had time goin to MD and Playing volleyball and basketball. Within that there was a grt man as Mr. Prashant Pawar our BMS Coordinator...who was really an astounding personality... a really good human Being...Who was always there to help us all…

As an Individual I never liked to stay in group as with the class there where different group formed, I and Akshay where nice to all and everyone of the friends...Also like to mention there was friend of Name Vikrant Birje,who was like a bro to me, grt guy with whom I have lost contact for past three years...Once a while travelling through train on Matunga Station met a classmate named as Ajit Chavan aka AJ…(who went on to become a closest friend I have).. The cords between us struck really well and we still to talk on daily basis... at that time he used to interact with other guys from the other groups and in college he was a once in a full moon... Then there was a group of Marathi guys and a MarWadi... who always where together in class in canteen wherever they went all togetherJ)...those where Kunal Zodge aka Nana, Ruturaj Kadam aka Boxer Bhai, Sumeet Jalan aka Marwad, Sagar Dhadve aka Sagar only...always this guys went on to become really close friend on mine over a period of 3 year within college and 2 years on after that...later I started gelling with those guys and things where really grt went to movies to MD and we had grt food all the 3 years.. in the canteen and around premises...by that time Akshay was with friends and in between he was with us and Aj also started hanging with us but every few time (he was going around) then 2nd Sem (1st year

finish) finished had really difficult time which I don’t' want to discuss as close friends know that..

By the Second years all really get along well and AJ and Akshay also joined in as traveled together with all will goin back home...Nana (Mumbai central), Sagar (Parel), Akshay (Matunga) and Myself (Khar) and Rutu and Sumeet traveled together till Borivali...there where different aspects in BMS which where Important for us such as making Projects.. in this Sagar was a master till TYBMS I was responsible for every few project… in SY had grt fun lot of parties in my place… then in between also went to Matheran… and to Surat for Sumeet’s Parents Wedding anniversary…by the time in TYBMS everyone was pretty serious and all started there studies and that too every seriously… by May 2007 got the result and every one passed the TYBMS examination with good marks…. some of us got campus placement and some don’t (like me)..

By 22^nd May 07 I too got a job in Anlage HRO Service…
